Our Privacy Policy
We know that your privacy is important to you, so we follow some simple guidelines to help make certain your personal information is kept secure.
We will never email you any information except as you request us to do so, and in that event we will only email you at the email address you have supplied to us. All standard communication will take place using the Message Center here at the site.
We use 128 bit encryption both in terms of your purchase as well as in regard to your credit card information. Likewise our database that contains your personal information such as your name, address, and credit card data is also encrypted.
We do not sell or provide any aspect of your account information to anyone for any reason, unless we are required to do so by law. From time to time we may ask for "demographic information," but that information is for our own use in determining how to improve the site, and will never be sold or publicly released.

My Web server sets session ID cookies that are used to log you in to our participants section and keeps track of your shopping basket (these cookies are removed when you close your browser).
Order Forms
When purchasing products or services in "the Bazaar," you're asked for credit card, billing, and shipping information. This information is transmitted using a secure, encrypted form. You can see that the transaction is secure from the fact that the URL begins with the secure address "https://" and we ensure encryption through the use of standard SSL encryption technologies.
This credit card, billing and shipping information is gathered to bill customers for goods and services purchased and to ship merchandise.
Online Surveys
At times we may run online surveys in the "Voting Booth" asking for specific information. These surveys are always optional. At times we may share both the results of, and individual entries in, appropriate parties. Results of surveys may be shared on an aggregate basis.
Contests

Message Boards, Chat Rooms, Polls, and Community Tools
The AMSM provides many venues for member interaction and community, including message boards, chat rooms, online polls, and other tools. In some cases use of such tools (e.g., chat rooms and message boards) may reveal a user's member name or e-mail address and may permit users to publish certain personal information (e.g., Web page links and Profile information) on the AMSM Site. In all cases, users affirmatively choose to expose or place this information in public areas of the Site, and thereby agree that such information may be viewed by or forwarded to anyone. Users who do not want this information to be publicly available should not use these optional features on the Site. The aggregate result of polls may be shared with all the members or other appropriate parties.
AMSM Personals and Classified Ads
The AMSM permits users to submit personal information for use in both our Personal ads (Classifieds, Master’s Palace and/or Slave Catalog and Etc.). This information is stored for the purposes of member self-publishing and interaction and we may also use this information to customize your experience. By registering for a profile or personal ad submitting your information, you understand that anyone may have access to and forward this information.
Member Feedback
I store feedback you and other members send to me. This feedback is used to administer and refine the Site and associated services and at times may be shared with other appropriate parties either in aggregate form or individually with specific identifying characteristics about the Member (e.g., e-mail address or name) removed.
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE SCENARIOS
Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, I may also disclose personal and aggregate information when required by a valid legal mechanism such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or when I deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or our members, employees, or properties.
I believe that members' private communication in chat rooms, e-mail, and instant message-like conversations should generally remain confidential. I do not read or disclose private communications unless ordered to do so through a valid legal mechanism such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, to protect the company's rights and property, or during emergencies when we believe safety is at risk. Please remember that what you write or post in public areas such as chat rooms and message boards is available to all of the AMSM membership. Also keep in mind that I cannot be responsible for what other users may do with private communications you've had with them. While chat and instant message-like conversations pass through my server, I do not store logs of these conversations.
Tentaka.com reserves the right to share some or all of your personal information with its parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures or other companies under common control with Tentaka.com, in which case Tentaka.com will require such entities to honor this privacy policy. If Tentaka.com is acquired by another company, that company will obtain the member information collected by Tentaka.com and will assume the rights and obligations set forth in this privacy policy regarding that information.
